Prep Cooks

This position assists in the important daily operation of the Kitchen to deliver an outstanding prepared food experience in our Tap Room. Prep Cooks report to the Executive Chef and are highly dedicated, self-driven, team-oriented, and passionate about food quality. A focus on preparing fresh ingredients in a scratch kitchen, exceeding sanitation standards, operating efficiently and professionally in a fast paced environment are expected to contribute to an outstanding craft experience for our guests.


Line Cooks

This position assists in the important daily operation of the Kitchen to deliver an outstanding prepared food experience in our Tap Room. Line Cooks report to the Executive Chef and are highly dedicated, self-driven, team-oriented, and passionate about food quality. A focus on clean work stations, exceeding sanitation standards, operating efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment are expected to contribute to an outstanding craft experience for our guests.


Kitchen- Utility/ Dishwashers

This position is an important role in supporting the Kitchen staff and guest experience at Start Line Brewing Company. The Kitchen Utility/Dishwasher reports to the Executive Chef and must be professional, positive, self-driven, and team-oriented. A focus on a clean Kitchen and designated Tap Room areas are expected to contribute to an outstanding craft experience for our guests.


Food RunnerS

This position is an important role in ensuring a positive guest experience at Start Line Brewing Company. Food Runners report to the Tap Room Manager and must be friendly, positive team players, who have a genuine enthusiasm for people, quality local craft products, and outstanding prepared foods. Food Runners are responsible for delivering prepared food to seated guests quickly upon preparation, ensuring orders are accurate and guests are pleased while maintaining clear and clean guest space areas throughout the Tap Room.
